Who Is HHI Builders?

HHI Builders is a design-build remodeling company on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Design and construction happen under one roof, with one team: a design agreement first, then a fixed-price construction contract. The people who draw your project are the people who price it and build it.
Every project is fixed price. The design is finished and the scope is written down before the construction contract is signed, and the number on that contract is the number you pay: no change orders when a material costs more than planned or the work behind a wall is harder than expected. That risk is ours to carry.
We work on Hilton Head Island. Bluffton and Beaufort are part of our expansion plan, and we consider select larger renovations off-island. South Carolina Residential Home Builder License #51179. South Carolina Commercial General Contractor License #CLG123386. The commercial license lets us take on condo and villa work in larger residential properties that a residential license alone does not cover.
