HHI General Contractors, LLC, doing business as HHI Builders ("HHI Builders," "we," "us"), operates hhi-builders.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect
Contact and booking forms. When you book an intro call or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you have in mind, and anything you write in the message field. If you book a call, we also collect the date and time you choose.
The online estimator. When you use our estimate tool, we collect the project type, rooms and sizes you select, the finish tier you choose, the property address you enter, any description you type, and any photos or plans you upload. Entering your email address on the results screen is optional; if you do, we use it to send you the estimate and, if you agree, our occasional updates.
The Inspection Pricer (real estate professionals). To use this tool you create an account with your name, email address, brokerage, and phone number. You then upload inspection reports and related documents for a property, and may add notes. Those documents can include the property address, the inspector's name, and details about the home. We store the uploaded documents and the reports we generate from them, and we keep them in your account history.
Text messages (SMS). If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of that consent, the number, and the messages we send and receive. Our SMS Terms describe message frequency, how to stop, and related details.
Client portal. Our Real-Time Client Portal is provided by a separate project management service. When you sign in there, that service's own privacy policy applies to the information you enter in it.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit: pages viewed, the type of device and browser you use, approximate location based on your IP address, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stay. We use cookies and similar tools for this. See section 5.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are for adults.
2. How we use it
We use the information above to:
• respond to your inquiry and schedule the call you asked for;
• produce the estimate or inspection pricing report you requested, and send it to you;
• manage your Inspection Pricer account and report history;
• send text messages you have agreed to receive;
• send email updates you have agreed to receive, which you can stop at any time;
• keep records of our communications with you;
• understand how people use the site so we can improve it;
• protect the site and our business, and meet legal obligations.
Estimates and inspection pricing reports are prepared with the help of automated tools, including artificial intelligence services, and are reviewed by our team before they are sent to you where our process calls for it. They are estimates, not contracts.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
We share information only as follows:
• Service providers who help us run the site and our business. This includes our website hosting and database providers, our email and text message delivery providers, the account sign-in service used by the Inspection Pricer, the video hosting service for the videos on our site, mapping and video embed providers, our customer relationship management system, and the artificial intelligence services that help us prepare estimates and inspection reports. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.
• Within HHI Builders. Our sales, design, estimating, and project teams see the information needed to help with your project. Inspection Pricer reports are reviewed by our staff before or after delivery and may lead to a follow-up from us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• If our business changes hands, as part of a sale or merger, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Estimates and uploaded plans or photos are kept for as long as needed to serve your inquiry. Inspection Pricer accounts, uploads, and generated reports are kept while your account is active and for a period afterward for our records and for improving our pricing. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 6).
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. We use web analytics services for this measurement, which set their own cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site work. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
6. Your choices
• Email. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@hhi-builders.com to be removed.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Email info@hhi-builders.com and we will respond to a reasonable request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep.
• Inspection Pricer. You can delete uploaded documents and reports from your account, or ask us to close the account.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, including our client portal, social media, and video services. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
