The trades a remodel is built by: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, tile, flooring, painting and the rest.

The materials and products that go into a remodel: cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, windows, doors and fixtures.

The specialists a particular project calls for, from custom glass to millwork.
What Working With HHI Is Like
- Every project is designed and scoped before construction starts. We do our due diligence during design, opening walls if we have to.
- Trades are scheduled once there is a signed build contract. We build extra time into every schedule, and any change is posted as soon as it happens.
- A project manager is responsible for every site, every day, and inspects the work. Town inspections are scheduled by our director of construction.
- HHI Builders holds a South Carolina Residential Home Builder License #51179.
Invoices are paid on every Friday. You invoice by the end of this week and you will have a check next Friday. We tell you the schedule before you sign, and we do not hold payment waiting on the homeowner.
Steady work on well-planned projects with drawings and selections finished before you start. Clear scopes, a project manager you can reach, and a schedule you can plan around.
A current license where the trade requires one, general liability and workers' comp certificates on file before the first day, and a clean, safe jobsite left at the end of every day.
