Remodel Cost Estimator for Hilton Head Island

Answer a few questions about your project and see a cost range for it in about two minutes. Estimates are available for Hilton Head Island, and for Bluffton and Beaufort projects we may take on off-island.

What You Get

Two minutes in, you get something you can actually use: not an email capture with a number behind it.

  • A range, not a single number

The estimator returns a cost range for the scope you describe. Vague answers widen it rather than guess: every size question has a “Not sure” option, and choosing it is a real answer.

  • The drivers behind it

Three or four cost drivers specific to what you entered, so you can see which of your choices is moving the number and by roughly how much.

  • What is included

Every project starts with design. The design retainer is paid up front and covers that phase: drawings, renderings, selections, material pricing, and a fixed price for your build. The contract that follows your detailed estimate is a fixed price. No change orders.

What the Estimator Asks

Eight short screens for a single room, a few more for a whole house. Nothing you have to look up, and nothing you cannot skip.

  1. Step 1

    Your project type

Kitchen, bathroom, whole home, outdoor living, addition, or condo and villa.

  2. Step 2

    How far the work goes

Refreshing the finishes, a full remodel, or moving walls. This moves the number more than almost anything else.

  3. Step 3

    Size

Pick the size card that matches your space, or enter your measurements or exact square footage. “Not sure” is always there, and it is a real answer.

  4. Step 4

    Finish level

Three tiers, each opened out into what puts a project in it: cabinetry, countertops, appliance grade, tile.

  5. Step 5

    Features

Optional. An island, a freestanding tub, heated floors, an outdoor kitchen: priced as line items, not as a percentage of the job.

  6. Step 6

    Your town

Which town, and which community if you care to say.

  7. Step 7

    Your timing

Roughly when you would like the work to happen.

  8. Step 8

    In your own words

Anything you want to tell us in your own words.

Common Questions

How long does the remodel cost estimator take?

About two minutes. You answer a short set of questions about your project (type, rooms, size, and finish level), and the estimator returns a cost range.

Is the estimate a fixed price?

No. The estimator returns a range, not a quote. The fixed-price contract comes later, once we have built a detailed room-by-room estimate from your actual space.

What do I need before I start?

Nothing at all: no measurements, no plans, no account. Every size question has a “Not sure” answer, and choosing it widens the range rather than guessing at your space.

Which areas does the estimator cover?

Estimates are available for Hilton Head Island, and for Bluffton and Beaufort projects we may take on off-island. If your property sits outside those areas the estimator tells you so rather than returning a number we cannot stand behind.

How do I get a detailed, room-by-room estimate?

Book a 15-minute call. After that call we prepare a detailed room-by-room estimate.

Ready for a real number?

A 15-minute call turns your range into a detailed, room-by-room estimate: priced, fixed, and yours to keep.
