Design
A wall separated the kitchen from the living room, a soffit hid plumbing and wiring, and the laundry plumbing had been installed incorrectly.
This project opened the kitchen to the living spaces. It also updated the dining room, laundry room and living room dry bar.
The open plan and finishes were set during design. An engineer verified the foundation under the new load points.
Build
Construction began in June 2026, with final clean in August 2026.
Enjoy
An engineered opening and a stained beam turned two rooms into one. The induction range, quartz and dry bar make the kitchen a gathering space.
