Design

The kitchen had original cabinets and limited pantry storage.

This project rebuilt the kitchen, pantry, laundry room and a second bathroom, with new stair nosing and a new window.

The island, pantry and laundry were designed together so storage works across all three.

Build

Demolition began in November 2023 and final punch was complete in January 2024.

Enjoy

The white oak island gives the kitchen warmth. A real pantry and a working laundry room take the storage pressure off the main kitchen.
