Design

The home had worn flooring and dated finishes. The original deck framing had rot.

The first project updated the entry, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owners came back in 2025 for a new deck, walkway and outdoor shower.

Finishes were selected up front, with upgrades priced before work began.

Build

Interior work ran from September to December 2023. The deck phase ran from August to September 2025.

Enjoy

New hardwood and textured wall finishes warm up the whole house. A composite deck and outdoor shower finished the outdoor living.
