Design
The home had original cabinetry, uneven floors and electrical that no longer met code.
This remodel covered the kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, Carolina room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Structural framing was engineered where walls changed. The home's electrical was brought up to current code as part of the work.
Layout, structure and selections were set before construction, including the engineered beam work.
Build
Demolition began in December 2022 and final punch was complete in April 2023.
Enjoy
A level new floor, an upgraded kitchen with a wet bar, and hardwood stairs give the home a finished, connected feel. The code updates make it safe for the long term.
