The home had original finishes throughout. The owners wanted a full update on a tight schedule, and they wanted the bathrooms kept in their existing footprints to control cost.
This whole-home remodel covered the entry, kitchen, dining, living room, den, laundry, stairway, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with exterior work. Construction ran 13 weeks from demolition to final punch.
Bathrooms were kept in their existing footprints to keep the budget focused on finishes.

Work ran from June to September 2023.

Keeping the plumbing walls in place put the money where it shows. That meant a statement entry door, a rebuilt kitchen, accent walls, and baths with custom glass and tile.
