Design
The home had original tile, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures in every room, so each space looked like it came from a different decade. The owners wanted one finished look across the whole house without managing four separate projects.
This was a full interior renovation. The scope covered the entry, kitchen, dining, living room, den, laundry, three bedrooms and all four bathrooms. Everything was planned and priced before construction started, so the home could be rebuilt in one continuous push.
Room-by-room plans and selections were set for all 13 spaces before work began.
Build
Demolition started in May 2022 and final punch was complete in October 2022.

Every room got the same flooring, trim language and lighting plan, which ties the house together. The kitchen anchors the main floor with quartz and new lighting. The four baths were each rebuilt with tile showers and new vanities, and the primary bath adds a freestanding tub.
