Design
The unit had original finishes and original polybutylene plumbing, a known failure risk in island condos of this age.
Every room in this condo was renovated: entry, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The old polybutylene water lines were replaced along the way.
Layouts and selections were finished before demolition, including the bunk room plan.
Build
Demolition began in February 2025 and the client punch list was complete in June 2025.
Enjoy
A clean Shaker-and-quartz kitchen, new flooring and a bunk room make the condo work for a full family. New supply lines remove the biggest hidden risk in the building.
