Design

The villa's main floor was divided into small closed rooms.

This villa remodel opened the main floor. It also updated the kitchen, pantry, laundry, den, two bedrooms and two baths.

The open layout and new island were planned before demolition.

Build

Demolition began in January 2022 and final punch was complete in April 2022.

Enjoy

Removing two walls and adding an island turned three small rooms into one bright main floor.
