Design

The condo had closed-off rooms, low ceilings in the baths and hallway, original finishes, and wiring found during demolition that did not meet code.

This whole-unit remodel covered the entry, hallway, kitchen, dining, living room, both bedrooms and both bathrooms. Ceilings were raised in the baths and hallway, and some walls were removed to open the plan.

Layout, finishes and the bunk room were designed and priced before construction.

Build

Work began in December 2025. The team agreed a code-compliant electrical fix on site with the Town's inspector, and moved plumbing to fit a larger shower niche. The client punch list was complete in April 2026.

Enjoy

Opening walls, raising ceilings and running shiplap across the main space make the condo feel larger. Quartzite, bronze fixtures and a built-in bunk room make it work for family weekends.
