Design

The villa had its original baths and finishes.

This villa remodel covered the entry, kitchen, dining, living room, stairway, two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bath was the centerpiece.

Tile, fixtures and the vanity were selected as a coordinated package before demolition.

Build

Demolition began in March 2025 and final punch was complete in July 2025.

Enjoy

The pebble floor, glossy white walls and warm ivory tile give the primary bath a calm, spa feel without overpowering a villa-sized room.
