  • New 2-ton heat pump and hardwired smoke detectors

Design

The unit had original finishes, an aging heat pump and smoke detectors that did not meet current Town requirements.

This renovation covered the whole unit: entry, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, Carolina room, three bedrooms and two baths. It also replaced the heat pump and brought the smoke detectors up to the Town's hardwired standard.

Fixtures and finishes were selected before construction started.

Build

Demolition began in August 2024 and final punch was complete in January 2025.
