Design

Both baths were original. A dividing wall had rot, and the solid block behind the showers left no room for niches.

Both bathrooms in this villa were rebuilt from the studs, in a building where the plumbing and walls needed extra attention.

A separate design contract finalized tile and fixtures before construction.

Build

Construction ran in April 2026.

Color, texture and frameless glass make two small baths feel custom. Fixing the hidden wall and block issues made the result last.
