Design

The unit had original finishes, polybutylene supply lines and fogged window glass.

This project covered the whole unit: kitchen, living room, entry, laundry, Carolina room, two bedrooms and two baths. HHI has completed multiple projects in this complex.

The finish package was set before demolition.

Build

Demolition began in April 2022 and final punch was complete in June 2022.

New plumbing, a code-current panel and clear glass fix what you can't see. Quartz, LVP and shiplap update what you can.
