Design

The decks, stairs and railings had reached the end of their life, and the exterior trim and paint needed full replacement. Inside, the baths were original and the garage storage areas were unfinished.

This renovation worked from the outside in. Outside, the decking, exterior stairs, railings, trim, gutters, paint and landscaping were all replaced. Inside, the primary bath and a second bath were rebuilt. The living room got a new wall of sliding doors, and the garage storage areas were finished with coated floors.

Exterior and interior scopes were drawn and priced as one project.

Build

Demolition began in November 2024 and the client punch list was complete in August 2025.

Enjoy

The exterior was rebuilt as one system: framing, decking, stairs, railings, trim, gutters, paint and landscaping. That gives the house a finished, consistent face. Inside, the primary bath pairs a soaking tub with a rain shower, and the second bath adds shiplap and warm wood shelving.
